A deposit of £50 is required when booking the treatment and Elleven Dental require a minimum 48 hour notice for cancellations and rearrangements. If additional dental work is required following the consultation prior to treatment commencing, this will be charged in addition to the Invisalign® treatment. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Elleven Dental can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
