Bradley suffered from a reverse bite due to his lower jaw being too big and an under developed upper jaw. This reverse bite was affecting the way he ate and his speech. This is quite severe and was corrected with a comprehensive ideal approach of braces combined with jaw surgery and a simple smile enhancement with whitening and bondings. What a transformation in his smile and long term gain for better function and dental wellness!

Amina was treated with a combination of orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry to correct her misalignment, expand her smile and eventually replace the missing canine tooth she has with an implant.
This was a combined effort of Drs Shivani and Sameer Patel.

William as a child had traumatised his front tooth and over the years this tooth lost is vitality and had root treatment to preserve it. However root treated teeth can easily discolour leaving a greyish appearance which is not acceptable.

We aligned his teeth which had relapsed following teenage orthodontics with fixed braces and this was followed by a course of external and intense internal whitening to restore back the natural tooth colour and smile in time for his wedding!

This patient unfortunately had been subjected to years and years of dentistry that had now left her with an unesthetic smile of which she was very conscious of.

This was a multidisciplinary team effort of firstly getting her gum health ( Lorena Mumford) back to scratch, aligning the teeth with a combination of Invisalign and fixed braces by Shivani Patel, so that the restorative team lead by Sameer Patel could enhance the smile and patient self esteem and confidence.

Sometimes patient have retained baby canine teeth which should have erupted by the age of 12 years. It is very tricky to later make space for these teeth and align them.
We had to in this case surgically place little gold chains on the upper canine teeth and with fixed braces align them into place giving a better broader smile and function.

It is very rare to do this procedure in adult patients as they are non growing and this makes things unpredictable. However with the expertise of Orthodontics Shivani Patel coupled with surgeon Mr Johnson the teeth were aligned and smile enhanced with very simple bondings by Sameer Patel.

I found Elleven orthodontics through a recommendation by my dentist, Dr. Paul Abrahams. I had previously gone for consultation at various orthodontic practices around London, before choosing Elleven due to their level of professionalism and ability to accommodate my complicated case. When I first arrived and throughout my treatment, Elleven was always very welcoming to me and was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. As my case was relatively complicated, Dr. Patel made sure to lay out the different care options I had in great detail, which confirmed my belief I chose the right orthodontic practice. I greatly appreciated how the choice of my care was solely up to me,  they simply gave me options and let me choose what I wanted to do.

I had started going to Elleven when I was around 13 years old, and had a single yearly visit in August. Each visit was the same recommendation, no braces, which was a bit disappointing to me since I personally wanted to be done with orthodontia work as early in my life as possible. However, I am so glad I waited the three years before putting on braces because it turned out for the best. Rather than rushing me to put on braces and start the treatment, Dr. Patel made sure to lay out various options and allowed me the time to discuss with my family on what should be done, so we could make the smartest decision possible. We decided on the treatment plan that included having jaw surgery, with no tooth implant for the incisor I was born without. Two years later and I am still more than content with the treatment that I chose. Dr. Patel always went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated and as comfortable as possible throughout the process.

Although Dr. Johnson was far away from where I lived, it was worth the travel to get out to Guildford. As he is one of the best in his particular field of orthopedic surgery, it was important to my family and me to get the best treatment possible. Dr. Patel recommended him and after one visit we knew he was the best option. Dr. Johnson was happy to answer all my questions. He was very thorough with the pre-surgery care and the post-surgery care, warning me of all the symptoms. He was very transparent with everything I would be feeling, mentally and physically. Overall, I am very happy with the result of the two surgeries, both wisdom teeth and jaw surgery, and I am very grateful for Dr. Johnson and all he has done for me throughout the past 2 years. Even with being back in America, Dr. Johnson has been very responsive to all my worries and questions I still have from recovery. It’s been almost a year since surgery and I am still so happy with my decision to follow through with it. 

Despite being pressed for time due to my schedule, Dr. Costa did an amazing job with my teeth. Before jumping into only one treatment plan, Dr. Costa gave me various options to choose from and the time necessary to be able to discuss with my family what the best option for me in the long run. I decided on the anterior composite bonding treatment. He was very thorough and made sure to ask my opinion throughout the treatment to make sure I was happy with what he was doing. 

I would just like to once again thank Dr. Patel, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Costa and anyone else who aided in my orthodontia journey these past few years. I could not be more grateful for how my teeth and jaw turned out.

Getting the right dentist for our family was incredibly important and we have not looked back since choosing elleven.

Stephania had some ill fitting unaesthetic bridges placed at a very young age. these made her very self conscious and compromised her gum health. A combination of periodontal therapy, orthodontics allowed final crown to be placed to achieve a very aesthetic smile.

Martin was treated with a multidisciplinary approach consisting of an initial orthodontic phase to align the teeth, close all the residual spaces and improve the deep overbite which was contributing to irreversible tooth wear of the anterior teeth. He was then provided whitening followed by upper porcelain veneers to improve the shape, size and colour of the teeth. Dr Shivani and Sameer Patel jointly planned and treated Martin.

Large Front Gap
Jo was concerned about the gap between his front teeth. He was treated by Shivani Patel & Sameer Patel and Periodontist, Petros Moschouris who provided him with a combination of Orthodontic, Periodontal and Implant care.

Daisy’s main concern was that she didn’t like her smile and had difficulty eating with her front teeth. She was treated with a combination of fixed braces and jaw surgery by orthodontic specialist, Dr Shivani Patel and oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr Paul Johnson. Daisy now has lovely even teeth, with improved function.

Doris’s main complaint was the large space between her upper central teeth. We treated this with upper and lower ceramic braces to close the spaces and carried out a small frenectomy to ensure the upper space did not return. Oliver has had a super transformation created by Dr Sameer Patel and Raul Costa who provided Oliver with a combination treatment of whitening, bondings to create the right sized teeth followed by Invisalign to align the teeth and bite.

Laura’s main concern was her discoloured front tooth. She was treated with a combination of orthodontics, whitening and restorative care provided by Shivani and Sameer Patel.
