Dental Treatments

This offer is open for all individuals who are new and existing patients at Elleven Dental. A deposit of £50 is required when booking the treatment and Elleven Dental require a minimum 48 hour notice for cancellations and rearrangements. The offer is only available where the appointment booked before 23:59 on 30/09/2024 is for Invisalign® treatment. Invisalign® treatment can only be conducted on patients who are dentally fit. If additional dental work is required following the consultation prior to treatment commencing, this will be charged in addition to the Invisalign® treatment. Appointments are subject to availability. The Invisalign® treatment discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Elleven Dental is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Elleven Dental will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the Invisalign® discount appointment must be cancelled in the event that Elleven Dental is unable to facilitate the appointment scheduled and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The Invisalign® discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Elleven Dental accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Elleven Dental does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Elleven Dental accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Elleven Dental negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Elleven Dental can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
