Martin was treated with a multidisciplinary approach consisting of an initial orthodontic phase to align the teeth, close all the residual spaces and improve the deep overbite which was contributing to irreversible tooth wear of the anterior teeth. He was then provided whitening followed by upper porcelain veneers to improve the shape, size and colour of the teeth. Dr Shivani and Sameer Patel jointly planned and treated Martin.
