This offer is open for all individuals who are new patients at Elleven Dental. An upfront full payment of £134 (usually £164) is required when booking the appointment. Elleven Dental requires a minimum of 48 working hours' notice for cancellations or rearrangements. The offer is only available where the appointment booked before 23:59 on 30/11/2024 is for Hygienist treatment. Appointments are subject to availability. The offer will therefore not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. The new patient discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Elleven Dental is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Elleven Dental will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Elleven Dental is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The new patient discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Elleven Dental accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer. Elleven Dental does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth and Elleven Dental accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Elleven Dental negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Elleven Dental can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
